My big boy ROCKED his first day of 3K!! No accidents either!!

Scotland-Ireland Trip

Wow-- is all I have to say about Scotland and Ireland. My dad has always wanted to go there and play golf-- so for his 65th birthday that is just what we did. People thought we were crazy traveling over seas with 3 kids, but yall-- they did amazing on the plane!! As you can see-- they slept a good bit of the plane flights!! YEAH!!! They also adjusted very well to the time difference.

We flew into Edinburgh, Scotland and then traveled around Scotland for a week. Man this place is amazing. We went to St. Andrews, which I have always wanted to do. We spent a night in a castle, which was awesome and went all through the highlands. My favorite was Isle of Skye. You want to talk about breath taking-- Isle of Skye was amazing. We also hit up Loch Ness and went to The Open.

We then boarded an super cool ferry-- a mini cruise boat if you ask me-- and headed to Ireland. We then spent a week traveling around Ireland. We hit up Dublin Zoo, Waterford, Ring of Kerry, and the Cliffs of Moer.

I am sure I missed a ton, but I will let the pictures tell the rest.  All in all-- the kids did awesome and loved seeing all the wildlife, castles, and parks these countries had to offer. A trip of a lifetime!

15 Months

15 Months of pure sweetness!! This girl has such a funny and sweet personality. I just can’t even handle her cuteness. She loves to eat, play, do animals noises, make funny faces, her ducky and elephant, and sleep!! Please tell me these pigtails aren’t the cutest things ever!! (Her head and height are all above the 90th % and her weight is 60%)

BOSTON LPA NATIONALS

There are no words to describe our times at the LPA National Conventions. We look forward to it every year. We have gotten so close with so many families and getting to hang with them all in the same place for a week is so awesome. There is a sense of peace and comfort as these families get us and our life. There is no need to explain anything-- no one stares-- no weird looks-- just a sense of family!!  I have gotten close with so many of the moms and we have such a good time every year.  We all hate when the week ends. We don't want to leave. This year it was in Boston. We did so much in the short time we were there-- we ate a ton-- went to a Red Sox game-- danced-- did a Duck Boat Tour-- watched the amazing July 4 fireworks-- hung with new and old friends-- and had a blast every minute!! Counting down the days until the next one!!
