2 Months

My baby boy is growing so fast. We had his 2 Month check up and he weighed in at 12 pounds and 1 ounce and measured 24 1/4 inches long. He did great at his check up see as he got 3 shots. I am so glad he did well with the shots because I hate to see them hurt. This month he has gained more control of his head, smiling like crazy, cooing like crazy, rolling from stomach to back, and grabbing at toys. He is also now in 6 month clothes. YIKES!! We just love him to pieces and can’t wait to see what this little guy will do next!! Please excuse the naked picture of Madison—she had just gotten back from the pool and had to be in the pictures!!

      

Mountain Weekend

We spent the weekend, in the mountains at my parent’s mountain house, with Gugu and her best friend Annie. We were in for a surprise when we arrived and it was in the 50's. I had not packed for cooler weather, so our first stop was the outlets for some warmer clothes!! Madison and I are always up for a good shopping trip and boy did she have a blast. I think she got an entire fall wardrobe while we were there. Thanks Gugu!! Miles also got a few cute things!! Thanks Annie!! We also hit up Tweetsie Railroads, while we were there. The only rain we had the entire time just happened to be while we were at Tweetsie. However, we didn't let that stop us!! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!!

Madison ❤ Grady

We got to spend Saturday night in Bluffton with our good friend Eric and his adorable son Grady. Madison and Grady are very close in age and love each other dearly. They had such a good time playing trains and swimming!! I think this picture sums it up! I mean watch out world here they come!!

Folly Beach 2013

This past week we were at Folly Beach with Craig’s family. Madison had a great time playing on the beach everyday with her dad and cousins. It was nice to be able to just walk out the door and be at the beach. Madison is such a beach baby, so she was in heaven. We had nice weather the entire week, which is crazy seeing as we have had rain almost everyday here for the past few weeks. While we were there, it was also Big Daddy’s (aka Craig) birthday. Happy Birthday to the best dad ever!! I tried to get some action shots of Madison playing on the beach. This was the best I could do. We had such a good time with all our family and friends!! We are truly blessed.

         

Paul is 22!

We love Uncle Paul!! We went bowling at The Alley for his birthday. Madison at first just wanted to watch, but was bowling by the end of it. HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNCLE PAUL!!

                         

7 Weeks

7 weeks and this was my first attempt at matching them. It is rather hard to match a boy and girl these days in cute clothes, so I ended up making their outfits. I actually made this sweet jon jon for Bennett and I know Miles is wearing it with pride! This was my  attempt to try and get a photo of them together in their outfits. I think I need to work on my strategy to get both of them in a photo together when I am by myself. Sorry for the bad photos. This was the best I could.
