Snow Day

We had SNOW!!!!! Well, we had 10 minutes of flurries on Saturday, but the kids were ecstatic. No one even believed me when I starting yelling SNOW because it doesn't snow here. I think the last time we got snow was like 5 years ago. Miles just kept running around yelling, "It's Snowing". I think a trip to the mountains is in our near future!!

Disney Cruise

We were so excited to set sail this past week on the Disney Cruise that we gave the kids for Christmas. As we arrived, into port to board the ship,-- Miles looks out the window and says, "That's a BIG BOAT." and yes it was a HUGE boat. Every single part of the ship was amazing-- from the shows, to the restaurants-- to the rooms--to the pools-- to the kids rooms-- and so much more. Madison loved the water slides, meeting all the princesses, and the bippty boppty boutique the best!! Miles loved the kids room!! Every night we went the shows which were amazing!!! Now-- this was Miles' first experience with the characters and as you can tell from his absence in the pictures-- he wanted nothing to do with them up close-- just from far away where he could wave.  We had the characters sign a pillowcase that my dear friend made for them and I think they turned out so good!! The kids loved the all you can eat ice cream!! and maybe I did too!! We were all so sad to see the cruise come to an end, but we will be back soon!!

Enjoy Every Moment

We get so busy many days I don't get time to capture the everyday moments I want to remember forever. Miles is turning into such a fun, loving, and outgoing kid. While Madison is amazing me everyday with her determination and purserverience. She rocked ice skating for the first time!! Enjoy every moment because these days are flying by.

9 Months

My girl is on the move all the time. She has mastered crawling and is now standing on her own. She does not like to be held. She wants to be down and on her own. She loves to play with her brother and sister and anything that makes noise. This month she has expanded her menu to include spaghetti and pretty much whatever we are eating and mastered the straw. She is most obsessed with strawberries and yogurt. She loves to talk, so we are working or more words. She still loves to clap and wave bye bye!!  She had a great check up with NO shots!! She weighed in at 19.4 pounds (66%) and measured 29.75 in(98%) long.
