Fair 2012
Last night we took Madison to the fair……on the way there she was saying she wanted to go home……but after the fact SHE LOVED IT!!! There were only a handful of rides she could do based on her height, but boy did she love the ones she could do. I think we did the tea cups 4 times, carousel 4 times, cars 3 times you get my drift—she loved the rides. The other fun part about the fair is the food……YUMMY!! We didn’t go to crazy this year with the food. Craig ventured out and got one of those huge turkey legs (the healthiest thing he could find). It was actually very good. We did get Fiske fries as well…….Madison’s favorite--- fried cheesecake—YUMMY!!! Madison had such a great time riding the rides and eating the food with her cousins. We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Happy 6 Months!
I can’t believe it has been 6 months since we last got to hold you! Gosh we miss you so……I know you are up there looking down over us and making sure we are doing OK. It never gets any easier as days go by and missing your sweet face in our lives. We long for the day that we can all be together and love on you!! Please know that there is not a day that goes by that we don’t think about you and miss you so……I think about what you would be doing now—starting to crawl and just tear up knowing we don’t get to see those first with you. Gosh—your biggest fan is your big sister…. she takes such good care of her babies and would have taken such good care of you too!! Here is a picture of you with your PROUD BIG SISTER!! I know you are looking over her and will make sure she is taken care of……….WE LOVE YOU!!!!
School Halloween Carnival
Madison’s school did such a great job with their Halloween Carnival. The 2’s do not wear their costumes rather their teachers make them all matching t-shirts. Madison’s shirt was so cute!!! Also, in the 2’s, the parents have to come and go with them. It was so cute to see them all in their shirts and having so much fun. They had all different types of games and activities. They also age block it, so there were only 2’s there at the same time, which is nice not having the big kids messing with them. Madison favorite prize—Halloween stamp. She carried this thing all over the place—even to the fair. I think you can spot it in a few of the fair pictures. She even managed to sleep with the stamp in her hand last night—can you say obsessed??

Family Pictures 2012
I am so in LOVE with Tamara and the work she does with our family pictures—not much else to say—just take a look!! I LOVE THEM!!!!
LPA Boo Bash
This past weekend we went up to Greenville for the District 3 Fall Regional. We had such a great time meeting new families and having all the kids play all weekend. The weekend was filled with lots of events for the kids. We went to the zoo (and yes we saw the new baby giraffe), had a carnival, went to the pool(indoor), and had a costume party. I was not very good about taking pictures, but I did snap a few. We can’t wait to see all our new friends soon.

Shriners Weekend
This weekend has been filled with lots of events for the Shriners. Madison is such a lucky girl to have so many people that love and adore her. The Shriners had their homecoming this weekend, so we have been busy. We went to the Miracle League baseball game to help cheer them on. Madison made it onto the field, but did not want to play. She did end up running the bases. After the game, we headed to the Shriners parade in Summerville. We had a nice surprise and met up with her buddy Grady. They both really enjoyed the parade. We were so glad we got to spend sometime with them. Madison and Grady were so cute together. She adores him so!!

Shriners Gala
Wednesday night we attended the Shriners Gala. Madison is a patient there,so we have a special love for this organization. Madison was asked to attend by 2 very special Shriners…..Stacey and Brandon. She loves them so and ask to go see them all the time. She had a great time at the party with them as they were taking her around and meeting everyone!! She got to meet some pretty cool celebrities too. George Rogers let her wear his rings and she loved that!!! Justin Smoak was so nice and SO TALL!! It was a good thing both of these players were Gamecocks because that seems to be all she wants to talk about these days when it comes to football. We are so thankful for all the Shriners do for Madison. They are so dedicated to these children it is amazing!! Here are a few pictures from the night. The first few pictures were my attempt to take her picture before the party—typical 2 year old will not stand still.
